Call Cost Incoming and Outgoing

Numberite call charges are about keeping it simple and based on incoming and outgoing calls.

Phone System Call Charges

With our Business Phone Number only service – there is a “Forwarding” charge call fee, where the incoming call is forwarded out to your mobile or landline, at 6p and 3p per minute respectively, there is a 3.5p connection fee per call when connected.

With our Phone systems, unless a bundle is applied, where there are Outgoing calls made to mobile or landlines the standard call rate is 6p per minute to mobiles or 3p per minute to landline numbers, there is a 3.5p connection fee per call when connected. Calls to 0845 are 6p per minute and international rates vary a list can be supplied. As an example calls to most of Europe and the U.S.A. are 2.5p per minute. There are no call connection charges and calls are charged per second. 

Where we supply a 0800 number, there is also an incoming element to the call, ie you pay for the incoming part of the call at 5.5p per minute.

CALL BUNDLES

We offer 2 types of call bundles, “Site” and “Extension” based, which help you to fix your costs for the month. The bundles include a number of landline and mobile minutes included for each bundle.

Site Bundles

“600Bundle” – This site bundle includes 600 minutes to either 01, 02, 03 or 07. IE 10 hours of calls to mobiles or landline numbers – £17 +VAT per month. You buy the bundle in advance for the month. For over-use, we either add a new bundle or use our standard rate; whatever is the best for the client. 

“1200Bundle” – This site bundle includes 1200 minutes to either 01, 02, 03 or 07. IE 20 hours of calls to mobiles or landline numbers – £29 +VAT per month. You buy the bundle in advance for the month. For over-use, we either add a new bundle or use our standard rate; whatever is the best for the client. This can save £12 on our standard rate.

“2400Bundle” – This site bundle includes 2400 minutes to either 01, 02, 03 or 07. IE 40 hours of calls to mobiles or landline numbers – £52 +VAT per month. You buy the bundle in advance for the month. For over-use, we either add a new bundle or use our standard rate; whatever is the best for the client.

Extensions Bundles

These extension bundles are supplied as “Unlimited landline/mobile minutes” supplied at £8 per extension but for all extensions. Therefore for 4 extensions, this would be £32 per month. 

Outside any of the bundles would be calls to 0870, 090, 070 (follow me), 084x, satellite, international, enquiry numbers (118xxx) and any other non-geographic number.

PSTN – Standard Landline charges.

Where we have supplied a PSTN or Standard Landline there are no incoming call charges only outgoing calls at 2p to landline (national) and 5p to mobiles both per minute. There is no connection charge.
