Are you managing or administering one or a group of schools? Are you perplexed with “Feature v Cost” on your phone system quote? Are you having far too many conversations with “Hard Sell” salespeople overloading you with jargon and increasing their quotes each time you make a change? If so you have come to the right place.
Numberite has been helping schools since 2008 by navigating the myriad of issues traditional phone system suppliers have given them by offering a simple, low-cost phone system solution. We also believe we are the only phone solutions company locally offering a “Contract Free Service”.
Since 2008 we have supplied phone systems to a number of schools within Devon and understand the complexities and considerations the school environment can bring. Whether your school is a primary, secondary, special school, independent, academy or federation we can provide a flexible phone system for just a small number of staff members up to schools who require 50 + phones. Numberite IP phone systems offer the flexibility for school staff to work from home or manage calls when the school needs to close and inform parents (i.e. snow days).
We help schools looking for a single landline (PSTN) install up to a 50+ phone system, supplied and installed. Numberite’s systems, based on IP technology, i.e route calls over the internet from any location to allow home and office workers to work seamlessly on the same system at different locations. This is ideal for schools who have become Federations.
We make it a priority to understand what is important to you in terms of how the school works day to day and have processes and procedures from the initial quotation to ongoing support.
Numberite phone systems are hosted (cloud-based) and therefore have no physical phone system to install or keep running. The system runs around 3 elements, the phone number, the number of extensions and the actual phone handsets. A selection of desk and walkabout phones are shown here.
Most schools have one primary phone number and we can host this and set the system with features such as an auto-attendant, answering voicemails or call routing. The auto-attendant can be an invaluable time-saver allowing callers to be routed to the right person, department or voicemail such as an “Absence Line”.
Numberite phone systems use the internet rather than traditional landlines (PSTN) or ISDN which in most cases can use your current internet connection. We have good contacts at Schools Broadband and SWGFL which allows us to make sure you are receiving the best internet service for your location. All Numberite products and services are supplied on a “Contract Free” basis.
