Initially our technical team will liaise with you and your staff to fully understand what you expect from a phone system. This will include the number of incoming numbers, extensions, type of handsets, how calls are to be routed, and the staff and their requirements. Our techs will offer suggestions on new features that older analogue or traditional systems do not include, such as call whisper, call recording on selected extensions and call portal management.
Following this a detailed quotation is supplied giving prices for equipment and install costs.
Upon acceptance of our quotation and payment terms agreed, our tech team will arrange install around your day-to-day work, with out of hours or weekend installs as no extra cost.
The system is fully configured and training given either one-to-one or in groups. Detailed guides on all features and a full manual are supplied and available on line. With phone support available as required, either as adhoc or part of a paid service.
All systems are supplied on a non-contract basis, so no 3 and 5 years as other suppliers, our systems are fully portable including phone numbers, so moving office is no issue. Simply pickup your phones and connect at the new office.
